- The Newport Beach Breakers, operated by and benefiting Hoag Hospital Foundation, are proud to present another exciting season of World TeamTennis action. All net proceeds from the team's operations - including sponsorships, ticket sales and more - will benefit Hoag Hospital and other notable charities in Orange County. The 2008 season will take place July 5-22 at Breakers Stadium at Newport Beach Country Club and will feature marquee appearances by Lindsay Davenport, Anna Kournikova, Martina Navratilova, SerenaWilliams, and John McEnroe, plus other great tennis stars. Furthermore, thanks to World TeamTennis presenting sponsor Advanta and their “Ready, Set, Racquet” program, all children ages 4-16 who attend a Breakers match receive a complimentary junior tennis racquet. Since 2003 over 100,000 children have receive a tennis racquet courtesy of Advanta.

The US Open is already here, so NOW is the time to come make your picks in the US Open Bracket Challenge sponsored by Avery Tennis.Little known facts:
